THIS IS SHE

My name is May-Brit Haugan, I'm 23 years old, and I'm from Trondheim, Norway. I'm a Visual Communication (graphic design) student, and I'm in the third year of my bachelor degree from Buskerud University College in Drammen, Norway (HiBu).

At HiBu I have taken classes like art history, strategic design, editorial and corporate design, marketing, photography, webdesign and production technology. Last semester I was studying at La Trobe University in Australia. I stayed there for five months, taking courses like design studies, professional practice and applied digital design. This was a very inspiring and instructive semester, and I met a lot of great people.

Now, in my final semester, I'm working we're doing group work and working with a client as in our bachelor project. Our task is to create a new profile for the new and improved "støttekontaktordningen" in Drammen kommune. And I'm combining my studies with working freelance as a graphic designer and my shop assistant job at Voice of Europe.

My interests are friends, dancing, music, longboarding (skateboarding), animals (dogs!), drawing, making necklaces and bracelets, textile prints, movies and lots of other stuff. I'm quite a social girl! :)
